ABOUT

Hi, I’m Olivia!
I’m a marketing professional with experience working for both large corporations and smaller, community-focused organizations. From leading campaigns and projects at Bake'n Joy Foods, a leading national bakery manufacturer, to collaborating with local nonprofits and small businesses, I’ve learned how to adapt my strategies to drive success at any scale.

Working with large companies has taught me how to navigate complex systems, manage large-scale projects, and uphold strong brand standards for multiple brands. At the same time, my experience with smaller organizations has given me the ability to think creatively with limited resources, and build close connections with teams and customers. With an MBA in Marketing from Fitchburg State University, along with my industry credentials as a Professional Certified Marketer (PCM®) awarded by the American Marketing Association and Certified Digital Marketing Professional awarded by the Digital Marketing Institute, I bring a strong foundation to my work. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work on exciting projects—from managing social media campaigns and launching websites to leading community engagement efforts. Outside of work, I’m proud to serve as a board member for Greater Salem Caregivers and as the Webmaster for Salem Animal Rescue League.

I enjoy working with teams to brainstorm ideas, analyze results, and bring brands to life, while being passionate about using my skills to add value to businesses and communities, and seeing how great marketing inspires action and growth.

ENDORSMENTS
"It’s Employee Appreciation Week at Pentucket Bank and at our bank-wide off-site bowling and axe throwing event, my Marketing Team “Twin”
Olivia St. Laurent was named Rookie of the Year!
Hard-working, proactive, eager, intelligent, professional and kind. She could not be more deserving and I’m so grateful she’s part of the team! Congratulations Olivia!"
-Leanne Eastman, CFMP
This past summer I had the incredible opportunity of interning in the marketing department at Pentucket Bank. I learned so much in these few months about marketing and branding, and was able to strengthen my communication skills, while learning how to use digital design platforms such as Adobe InDesign. I assisted in many projects, including planning events, writing press releases, and coordinating donations for the greater community.
A special thank you to Leanne Eastman, CFMP and Olivia St. Laurent, CDMP, PCM for an incredible summer and for teaching me so many valuable things, including how to work on a team in my first corporate job. I know the skills I have gained this past summer will prepare me greatly for future roles.
